X25043

The X25043 is a CMOS 4096 bit serial E2PROM, internally organized as 512x8.It features a serial peripheral interface(SPI) and software protocol allowing operation on a simple three wire bus.The bus signals are a clock input(SCK) plus separate data in (SI) and data out(SO) lines.

Features of the X25043 are:(1)programmable watchdog timer; (2)low Vcc detection; (3)reset signal valid to Vcc is 1.0 V; (4)1 NHz clcok rate; (5)low power CMOS; (6)2.7 V to 5.5 V power supply; (7)built-in inadvertent write protection; (8)high reliability ; (9)8-pin  mini-DIP package; (10)8-pin SOIC package.

The absolute maximum ratings of the X25043 can be summarized as:(1): temperature unde rbias is -65 to +135; (2): storage temperature is -65 to +150; (3): voltage on any pin with respect to ground is -1.0 V to +7 V; (4): D.C.output current is 5 mA; (5): lead temperature(soldering , 10 seconds) is 300.
