UPD8749HC has thirteen features. (1) External and internal interrupts. (2) 96 instructions 70 percent single byte. (3) 27 I/O lines. (4) Internal clock generator. (5) Expandable with 8080A / 8085A peripherals. (6) HMOS silicon gate technology. (7) Single +5V +/- 10 percent power supply. (8) High performance 11MHz operation. (9) Fully compatible with industry standard 8039 / 8049 / 8749. (10) Pin compatible with the UPD8048 / 8748. (11) 1.36us cycle time. All instructions 1 or 2 bytes.
