UM93520

The UM93520 is a single-chip CMOS LSI for voice recording and reproducing.This chip is especially suitable for use as the recording and playback element of an answering machine.The design of this chip is based on adaptive delta modulation(ADM) technology.

Features of the UM93520 are:(1)users ADM algorithm to process voice data;(2)built-in DRAM refresh circuit;(3)on-chip osciliator for 3.579545 MHz crystal oscillator;(4)single 5-volt power supply;(5)available in 28 pin DIP or 48-pin flat package.

The absolute maximum ratings of the UM93520 can be summarized as:(1)supply voltage(VDD):-0.3V to 6V;(2)input voltage(Vin):-0.3V to VDD+0.3V;(3)output voltage(Vout):-0.3V to VDD+0.3V;(4)operating temperature(Top):-40 to +125;(5)storage temperature(Tstg):-40 to +125.
