UM9310

The UM9310 is a cordless telephone controller suitable for cordeless telephone systems with automatic channel seraching.It includes two independent PLL frenquency synthesizers for the selection of communication channels,up to ten channels can be seleted.

Features of the UM9310 are:(1)two independent phase locked loop frequency synthesizers for transmitting and receiving;(2)10 channels selectable;(3)single frequency reference of 10,240 MHz;(4)operating voltage of 3.3 to 5.5V;(5)on-chip 444.4 bps FSK modern;(6)duplex data passgae on pilot tone;(7)on-chip 1K SRAM expansion interface;(8)microncontroller interface bus;(9)on-chip DTMF generator;(10)on-chip ringing tone output;(11)on-chip key-in tone output;(12)48-pin flat package.
