UM93510

The UM93510 is a speech recording and reproduction chip.It stories voice data on external 256K SRAMs.The primary use for it is in answering machines or announcing phones.It can also be used for toys.

Features of the UM93510 are:(1)uses ADM algorithm to process voice data;(2)uses three sampling rates(16K,22k,32k) selected by single pin(SRS);(3)uesful in application such as answering machines,announcing phones and toys;(4)metal mask option for answering machine or announce phone selection;(5)activation the CE pin stops recording;(6)on-chip amplifier for sound recording;(7)on-chip band-pass filter for reproducing sound;(8)on-chip oscillation circuit for 3.579545 MHz ceramic oscillator;(9)4.5V power supply using three 1.5V batteries;(10)available in 48 pin flat package or in chip form.
