The TSM109 is designed as a monolithic IC that includes two comparators and a shunt voltage reference. This device offers space and cost savings in many applications including power supply management or data acquisition systems.
TSM109 has eight features. The first one is low supply current (1.1mA) independent of supply voltage. The second one is low input bias current is 25nA typ. The third one is low input offset voltage is ±1mV typ. The fourth one is input common-mode voltage range includes ground. The fifth one is low output saturation voltage is 250mV typ (Io = 4mA).
