Description

The TSC80251G1 is available as a ROMless version (TSC80251G1) or with onchip Mask Programmable ROM (TSC83251G1). The TSC87251G1 is an EPROM version compatible to the Mask ROM version.

The standard production packages are 44 pins PLCC or QFP, 40 pins PDIL. All products of TSC80251G1 can be delivered as 12 or 16 MHz versions at 5 Volts and in all major temperature ranges. ROMless and Mask ROM versions are also available in 3 Volts.
