TS7515

The TS7515 is designed as one kind of 3-terminal medium current positive voltage regulator that has some points of features:(1)output current up to 0.5A; (2)no external components required; (3)internal thermal overload protection; (4)internal short-circuit current limiting; (5)output transistor safe-area compensation; (6)output voltage offered in 2% tolerance.
