TQ8061

The TQ8061 and TQ8062 are designed as the high-speed multiplexer and demultiplexer chip set that handle 16-bit data at speeds up to 3.0 Gb/s.It is produces by TriQuint's, TriQuint's QLS12 fabrication process gives these interface devices their characteristic high speed and fidelity and low power dissipation.The TQ8061 comprises a 16:1 multiplexer circuit,a phase/frequency-detect circuit,and a divide-by-16 circuit.The multiplexer accepts 16 parallel single-ended ECL input,D(0..15),at rates up to 187.5 Mb/s and serializes them at up to 3.0 Gb/s on DO and DON.The clock divider outputs a differential ECL-compatible output.The TQ8062 comprises a 1:16 demultiplexer circuit and a divide-by-16 clock circuit.The demultiplexer accepts a serial stream on DI and DIN and generates 16 parallel single-ended ECL outputs at up to 187.5 Mb/s on D(0..15).The clock divider of TQ8061 outputs a differential ECL-compatible output.
