TPA2017D2

The TPA2017D2 (sometimes referred to as TPA2017) is a stereo, filter-free Class-D audio power amplifier with SmartGain TM dynamic range compression (DRC), automatic gain control (AGC),and noise gate. It is available in a 4 mm x 4mm QFN package.

Features of the TPA2017D2 are:(1)Filter-Free Class-D Architecture; (2)3 SmartGain TM functions AGC DRC Function AGC Limiter Function AGC Noise Gate Function; (3)1.7 W/Ch Into 8 at 5 V (10% THD+N); (4)750 mW/Ch Into 8 at 3.6 V (10% THD+N); (5)2.8 W/Ch Into 4 at 5 V (10% THD+N); (6)1.5 W/Ch Into 4 at 3.6 V (10% THD+N); (7)Power Supply Range: 2.5 V to 5.5 V; (8)Low Supply Current: 3.5 mA; (9)Low Shutdown Current: 0.2 A; (10)High PSRR: 75 dB at 217 Hz; (11)Fast Start-up Time: 5 ms; (12)Short-Circuit and Thermal Protection; (13)Space-Saving Package; (14) 4 mm * 4 mm QFN (RTJ).

The absolute maximum ratings of the TPA2017D2 can be summarized as:(1)Operating free-air temperature range :40°C to 85°C; (2)Operating junction temperature range:40°C to 150°C; (3)Storage temperature range :65°C to 150°C.
