The TMS34010 is a type of graphics system processor, which is an advanced high performance CMOS 32-bit micropr ocessor. With a built-in instruction cache, the ability to simultaneous access memory and registers, and an instructi on set designed specifically for raster graphics operation. The TMS34010 offers user-programmable control of CRT int erface as well as the memory interface. The 1 digit address apace is completely bit addressable on bit boundaries utilizing variable width data fields. Additional graphic addressing modes support1, 2, 4, 8 and 16 bit wide pixels.
