TMS3112

The TMS3112 is a 6-channel by 32-bit shift registers on a single monolithic chip with separate inputs and outputs and a common recirculate concrol. The feature of TMS3112 are as follows: (1)Dc to 2-MHz operation; (2)static configuration; (3)single TTL-compatible clock; (4)inputs and outputs are fully TTL-compatible; (5)single-ended buffers; (6)on-chip recirculate logic; (7)gated-output control; (8)power supplies: 5V, -12V; (9)MOS low-threshold P-channel techology.

The absolute maximum ratings of the TMS3112 are: (1)supply voltage, VGG: -20V to 0.3V; (2)clock input voltage: -20V to 0.3V; (3)data input voltage: -20V to 0.3V; (4)operating free-air temperature range: -25 to 85; (5)storage temperature range: -55 to 150.
