DescriptionThe TMS320F2812PGFA is designed as one kind of highly integrated, high-performance solutions for demanding control applications.The functional blocks and the memory maps are described in subsequent paragraphs.Also it contains an additional 16K x 16 of single-access RAM, divided into 3 blocks (4K + 4K + 8K). Each block can be independently accessed hence minimizing pipeline stalls. Each block is mapped to both program and data space.
Features of the TMS320F2812PGFA are:(1)high-performance static CMOS technology:150 MHz (6.67-ns cycle time),low-power (1.8-V core, 3.3-V I/O) design, 3.3-V flash programming voltage;(2)three 32-bit CPU-timers;(3)three external interrupts;(4)peripheral interrupt expansion (PIE) block that supports 45 peripheral interrupts;(5)128-bit security key/lock;(6)motor control peripherals;(7)low-power modes and power savings;(8)up to 56 individually programm-able,multiplexed general-purpose input/output (GPIO) pins.
