The TMS27PC512 is designed as one kind of programmable read-only memories,they are 65536 by 8-bit,ultraviolet (UV) light erasable.Features of the TMS27C512 can be summarized as:(1)organization:65536 by 8 bits;(2)single 5-V power supply;(3)pin compatible with existing 512K MOS ROMs,PROMs and EPROMs;(4)all inputs/outputs fully TTL compatible;(5)max access/min cycle time:100,120,150,200 and 250 ns;(6)power saving CMOS technology;(7)very hign-speed SNAP,pulse programming;(8)3-state output buffers and (9)400-mV minimum DC noise immunity with standard TTL loads;(10)latchup immunity of 250 mA on all input and output lines;(11)low power dissipation(Vcc=5.25 V):-active is 158 mW worst case and -standby is 1.4 mW worst case(CMOS input levels);(12)temperature range options.
