TMS2532

The TMS2532  is a 32,768-bit,ultraviolet(UV) light erasable,electrically programmable read-only memories.It is fabricated using N-channel silicon-gate technology for high speed and simple interface with MOS and bipolar circuits.

Features of the TMS2532  are:(1)organization..4096 * 8;(2)single +5V power supply;(3)pin compatible with existing ROMs and EPROMs(8K,16K,32K and 64K);(4)all inpus/outputs fully TTL compatible;(5)static operation(no clocks,no refresh);(6)max access/min cycle time..450ns;(7)3-state output buffers;(8)guaranteed DC noise immunity with standard TTL loads;(9)no pull-up resistors required.
