TMS2708

The TMS2708 is ultra-violet light-erasable,eletrically programmable read only memories.It has 8,192 bits organized as 1024 words of 8-bit length.It is fabricated using N-channel silicon-gate techology for high speed and simple interface with MOS and bipolar circuits.

Features of the TMS2708 are:(1)1024*8 organization;(2)all inputs and outputs fully TTL conpatible;(3)static operation;(4)3-state outputs for OR-ties;(5)N-channel silicon-gate technology;(6)8-bit output for use in microprocessor-based systems;(7)10% power supply tolerance.

The absolute maximum ratings of the TMS2708 can be summarized as:(1)supply voltage,VCC:-0.3V to 15V;(2)supply voltage,VDD:-0.3V to 20V;(3)supply voltage,VSS:-0.3V to 15V;(4)all input voltage:-0.3V to 20V;(5)program input:-0.3V to 35V;(6)output voltage:-2V to 7V;(7)operating free-air temperature range:0 to 70;(8)storage temperature range:-55 to 125.
