TMPR4927A

The TMPR4927A is designed as is a standard microcontroller of the TX49 64-bit TX system RISC family which is designed for designed for embedded applications.

TMPR4927A has many features. The first one is TX49/H2 core which means maximum operating frequency would be 200MHz and contains single- and double-precision floating-point operation units (FPU) that comply with IEEE754. The second one is external bus controller (8 channels). The third one is direct memory access (DMA) controller (4 channels). The fourth one is SDRAM controller (4 channels). The fifth one is PCI controller. The sixth one is serial I/O ports (2 channels). The seventh one is timers/counters (3 channels). The eighth one is parallel I/O ports (up to 16 channels). The ninth one is AC-link controller. The tenth one is interrupt controller. The eleventh one is supports selection between little endian and big endian modes. And so on. That are the main features.

Some absolute maximum ratings of TMPR4927A  have been concluded into several points as follow. The first one is about its supply voltage (I/O) which would be from -0.3 to 3.9V. The second one is about its supply voltage (core) which would be from -0.3 to 3.0V. The third one is about its input voltage which would be from -0.3 to Vcc + 0.3V. The fourth one is about its storage temperature which would be from -40 to +125°C. It should be noted that maximum ratings are limiting values of operating and environmental conditions which should not be exceeded under the worst possible conditions.
  Also some recommended operating conditions about it. The first one is about its supply voltage which would be min 3.1v and max 3.5V for I/O and would be min 1.4V and max 1.6V for core.
