TMP96C041B

The TMP96C041B is designed as high speed advanced 16-bit microcontrollers developed for controlling medium to large-scale equipment.

TMP96C041B has many features. The first one is original 16-bit CPU. The second one is minimum instrection execution time 200ns at 20MHz. The third one is internal RAM none and internal ROM none. The fourth one is external memory expansion. The fifth one is 8-bit timers 2 channels. The sixth one is 8-bit PWM timers 2 channels. The seventh one is 16-bit timers 2 channels. The eighth one is pattern generators 4 bits, 2 channels. The ninth one is serial interface 2 channels. The tenth one is 10-bit A/D converter 4 channels. And so on. That are the main features.

Some absolute maximum ratings of TMP96C041B have been concluded into several points as follow. The first one is about its power supply voltage which would be from -0.5V to 6.5V. The second one is about its input voltage which would be from -0.5V to Vcc+0.5V. The third one is about its output current total low which would be 100mA. The fourth one is about its output current total high which would be -100mA. The fifth one is about its power dissipation which would be 500mW. The sixth one is about its soldering temperature (10s) which would be 260°C. The seventh one is about its storage temperature range which would be from -65°C to 150°C. The eighth one is about its operating temperature range which would be from -40°C to 85°C.
