The TMP95PW64 is designed as an LSI for TMP95CW64 system evalution. It incorporates a 128Kbyte one-time PROM. With an adapter socket, the user can write and verify data in its PROM using a general purpose EPROM writer.

Some absolute maximum ratings of TMP95PW64 have been concluded into several points as follow. The first one is about its power supply voltage which would be from -0.5V to 6.5V. The second one is about its input voltage which would be from -0.5V to Vcc+0.5V and it would be from -0.5V to 14.0V for EA pin. The third one is about its output current total low which would be 120mA. The fourth one is about its output current total high which would be -120mA. The fifth one is about its power dissipation which would be 600mW. The sixth one is about its soldering temperature which would be 260°C. The seventh one is about its storage temperature range which would be from -65°C to 150°C. The eighth one is about its operating temperature range which would be from -20°C to 70°C. It should be noted that the absolute maximum ratings are rated values which must not be exceeded during operation, even for an instant.
