TMP95FY64 has many features. The first one is high speed 16-bit CPU (900/H CPU). The second one is minimum instruction execution time 160ns at 25MHz. The third one is internal RAM 8Kbytes and internal ROM 256Kbyte. The fourth one is external memory expansion. The fifth one is 8-bit timer 8 channels.
