TMP95CW64

The TMP95CW64 is designed as a high speed 16-bit microcontrollers for the control of various mid large scale equipment.

TMP95CW64 has many features. The first one is high speed 16-bit CPU (900/H CPU). The second one is minimum instruction execution time 160ns at 25MHz. The third one is built-in RAM 4Kbytes. The fourth one is external memory expansion. The fifth one is 8-bit timer 8 channels. The sixth one is 16-bit timer / event counter 2 channels. The seventh one is general purpose serial interface 3 channels. The eighth one is 10-bit A/D converter 8 channels. The ninth one is 8-bit D/A converter 2 channels. The tenth one is watchdog timer. And so on. That are the main features.

Some absolute maximum ratings of TMP95CW64  have been concluded into several points as follow. The first one is about its power supply voltage which would be from -0.5V to 6.5V. The second one is about its input voltage which would be from -0.5V to Vcc+0.5V. The third one is about its output current total low which would be 120mA. The fourth one is about its output current total high which would be -120mA. The fifth one is about its power dissipation which would be 600mW. The sixth one is about its soldering temperature which would be 260°C. The seventh one is about its storage temperature range which would be from -65°C to 150°C. The eighth one is about its operating temperature range which would be from -20°C to 70°C. It should be noted that the absolute maximum ratings are rated values which must not be exceeded during operation, even for an instant.
