TMP95C001

The TMP95C001 is designed as a 16-bit microcontroller of a high speed 16-bit CPU (TLCS-900/H) core. It has only an indispensable function such as a wait controller, an interrupt controller and so on.

TMP95C001 has many features. The first one is high speed 16-bit CPU (900/H CPU). The second one is minimum instruction execution time 160ns at 25MHz. The third one is internal RAM none and internal ROM none. The fourth one is external memory expansion. The fifth one is wait controller four blocks. The sixth one is interrupt function which means internal interrupt 13 and external interrupt 7. The seventh one is standby function three HALT modes (RUN, IDLE, STOP). And so on. That are the main features.

Some absolute maximum ratings of TMP95C001 have been concluded into several points as follow. The first one is about its power supply voltage which would be from -0.5V to 6.5V. The second one is about its input voltage which would be from -0.5V to Vcc+0.5V. The third one is about its output current total low which would be 120mA. The fourth one is about its output current total high which would be -120mA. The fifth one is about its power dissipation which would be 400mW. The sixth one is about its soldering temperature which would be 260°C. The seventh one is about its storage temperature range which would be from -65°C to 150°C. The eighth one is about its operating temperature range which would be from -20°C to 70°C. It should be noted that the absolute maximum ratings are rated values which must not be exceeded during operation, even for an instant. If any absolute maximum ratings is exceeded, a device may break or its performance may be degraded, causing it to catch fire or explode resulting in injury to the user. And so on.
