The TMP93PW76F is a system evaluation LSI having a built in One-Time PROM (128 Kbytes) or MP93CW76/CU76/CT76F.
A programming and verification for the internal PROM is achieved by using a general EPROM rogrammer with an
adapter socket.
The function of this device is exactly same as the TMP93CW76/CU76/CT76F by programming to he internal PROM and the TMP93PW76F is used as the evaluation chip of MP93CW76/CU76/CT76F.

Note: The absolute maximum ratings are rated values which must not be exceeded during operation, ven for an instant. Any one of the ratings must not be exceeded. If any absolute maximum rating is xceeded, a device may break down or its performance may be degraded, causing it to catch fire or xplode resulting in injury to the user. Thus, when designing products which include this device, ensure that no absolute maximum rating value will ever be exceeded.
