TMP93CS40F has many features. The first one is original 16-bit CPU (900/L CPU). The second one is minimum instruction execution 200ns at 20MHz. The third one is internal RAM 2Kbyte. The fourth one is external memory expansion. The fifth one is 8-bit timer 2 channels. The sixth one is 8-bit PWM timer 2 channels. The seventh one is 16-bit timer 2 channels.
