TLV340x

The TLV340x is a related product of TLV3011. It is a low-power,open-drain output comparator and is available in the tiny SOT23-6 package for space-conservative designs. Besides,it can be used in battery-powered level detection, data acquisition, system monitoring, oscillators and sensor systems.

The TLV340x has some features as follows. (1) low quiescent current which is 5 A; (2) integrated voltage reference is 1.242 V; (3) low-supply voltage is from 1.8 V to 5.5 V; (4) fast response time is 6 s.

Next is about its absolute maximum ratings of the TLV340x. (1): supply voltage is 7 V; (2): operating temperature is from -55 to 150 ; (3): junction temperature is 150 ; (4): lead temperature (soldering,10s) is 300 ; (5): ESD rating (human body model) is 2000 V. The following is about its electrical characteristics at VS is from 1.8 V to 5.5 V. (1): the typical input offset voltage is 0.5 mV and the maximum is 12 mV at VCM is 0 V and TA is from -40 to 125 ; (2): the typical reference voltage noise is 0.2 mVpp at f is from 0.1 Hz to 10 Hz; (3): the typical input bias current of the TLV340x is ±1 pA and the maximum is ±10 pA; (4): the minimum common-mode rejection ratio is 54 dB and the typical is 62 dB at VCM is from -0.2 V to 0.2 V.
