The TLP176A consist of gallium arsenide infrared emitting diode optically coupled to a photo-MOS FET in s SOP,which is suitable for surface mount assembly.It is suitable for replacement of mechanical relays in many applications which require space savings.

Features of the TLP176A are:(1)1-form-A;(2)peak off-state voltage:60V min.;(3)trigger LED current:3mA max.;(4)on-state current:400mA(max.);(4)isolation voltage:1500Vrms(min).
