TLP131GB/GR

The TLP131GB/GR is designed as a small outline coupler, suitable for surface mount assembly. It consists of a photo transistor, optically coupled to a gallium arsenide infrared emitting diode.

TLP131GB/GR has four features. (1) Its collector to emitter voltage is min 80V. (2) Its current transfer ratio is 50% min and rank GB is 100% min. (3) Its isolation voltage is 3750Vrms min. (4) Its UL recodnized is UL 1577, file No.E67349. That are all the main features.
