TLP1217

The TLP1217 is digital output photointerrupters having a connector with a GaAs infrared LED and a high sensitivity low current consumption Si photo IC combined.It is usable in applications requiring severse using temperature condition such as detection of paper exit on copier,etc.

Features of the TLP1217 are:(1)small package;(2)mountable by one touch;(3)mountable to boards in 2 kinds of thickness;(4)for 5V of power supply voltage;(5)digital output;(6)gap:5mm;(7)resoultion:slit width 0.5mm.

The absolute maximum ratings of the TLP1217 can be summarized as:(1)supply voltage:10V;(2)output voltage:28V;(3)low level output current:50mA;(4)low level output current derating:-0.67mA/;(5)operating temperature range:-25 to 90;(6)storage temperature range:-40 to 90.
