The absolute maximum ratings of the TLP121 can be summarized as:(1)forward current:50mA;(2)pulse forward curent:1A;(3)reverse voltage:5V;(4)junction temperature:125;(5)storage temperature range:-55 to +125;(6)operating temperature range:-55 to +100;(7)lead soldering temperature:260.
