Features of the TLP1025 are:(1)very small package;(2)designed for direct mounting on printed circuit boards;(3)gap:1mm;(4)digital output;(5)built-in schmitt trigger circuit for direct connection to logic IC;(6)high-speed response.

The absolute maximum ratings of the TLP1025 can be summarized as:(1)forward current:50mA;(2)reverse voltage:5V;(3)supply voltage:7V;(4)output voltage:7V;(5)output current:10mA;(6)operating temperature:-25 to 85;(7)storage temperature:-40 to 100;(8)soldering temperature:260.
