Features of the TLN102 are:(1)excellent radiant-intensity linearity,modulation by pulse operation and high frequency is possible;(2)hyghly reliable due to hermetic seal;(3)wide half-angle value:±31°(typ.).

The absolute maximum ratings of the TLN102 can be summarized as: (1)forward current:100mA;(2)forward current derating :-1mA/°C; (3)pulse forward current:1A;(4)reverse voltage:5V;(5)operating temperature range:-40°C to 125°C; (6)storage temperature range:-55°C to 150°C.
