TLGE260

The TLGE260 is a kind of LED lamp. It is designed for panel circuit indicator. There are some features as follows: (1) 3 mm diameter (T1-3/4); (2)InGaAlP green LED; (3)all plastic mold type; (4)colorless clear lens; (5)low drive current, high intensity green light emission: recommended forward current, IF=15 to 20 mA (DC); (6)all plastic molded lens, provides an excellent ON-OFF contrast ratio; (7)fast response time, capable of pulse operation; (8)high power luminous intensity; (9)applications: suitable for outdoor message signboard, safety equipment.

The following is about the maximum ratings (Ta=25) of the TLGE260: (1)forward current (DC), IF: 50 mA; (2)reverse voltage, VR: 4 V; (3)power dissipation, PD: 140 mW; (4)operating temperature range, Topr: -30 to 85 ; (5)storage temperature range, Tstg: -40 to 120.
