TLGC190P

The TLGC190P is designed as toshiba LED lamp for panel circuit indicator.

TLGC190P has four features. (1)Excellent bright green which would be colorless clear lens. (2)Low drive current, practical brightness are achieved. Roughtly: 0.5mA for indoor application and 20mA for outdoor application. (3)Plastic molded colorless clear lens, provides for high contrast of ON-OFF ratio. (4)Without stand-offs. Those are all the main features.

Some absolute maximum ratings TLGC190P have been concluded into several points as follow. (1)Its forward current would be 40mA. (2)Its reverse voltage would be 4V. (3)Its power dissipation would be 125mW. (4)Its operating temperature range would be from -20°C to 85°C. (5)Its storage temperature range would be from -30°C to 100°C. It should be noted that stresses above those listed in absolute maximum ratings may cause permanent damage to device.
