The TLGC180AP is designed as toshiba LED lamp for panel circuit indicator.

TLGC180AP has six features. (1)Striking bright green. (2)All plastic mold type colorless clear lens. (3)Low drive current, high intensity green light emission and recommended forward current If=15mA to 20mA. (4)All plastic molded lens, provides an excellent ON-OFF constrast ratio. (5)Fast response time, capable of pulse operation. (6)Without stand-offs. Those are all the main features.

Some absolute maximum ratings TLGC180AP have been concluded into several points as follow. (1)Its forward current would be 40mA. (2)Its reverse voltage would be 4V. (3)Its power dissipation would be 120mW. (4)Its operating temperature range would be from -20°C to 85°C. (5)Its storage temperature range would be from -30°C to 100°C. It should be noted that stresses above those listed in absolute maximum ratings may cause permanent damage to device.

Also some electrical characteristics TLGC180AP are concluded as follow. (1)Its forward voltage would be typ 2.15V and max 2.8V with conditions of If=20mA. (2)Its reverse current would be max 5uA with conditions of Vr=4V. (3)Its lumious intensity would be min 85mcd and typ 300mcd with conditions of If=20mA.
