TLE 6250

The TLE 6250 is a kind of CAN-transceiver.

Features of the TLE 6250 are:(1)CAN data transmission rate up to 1 MBaud; (2)suitable for 12 V and 24 V applications; (3)excellent EMC performance(very high immunity and very low emission); (4)version for 5 V and 3.3 V micro controllers; (5)bus pins are short circuit proof to ground and battery voltage; (6)over-temperature protection; (7)very wide temperature range.

The absolute maximum ratings of the TLE 6250 can be summarized as:(1): supply voltage(Vcc) is -0.3 V min and 6.5 V max; (2): 3.3 V supply(V3.3 V) is -0.3 V min and 5.5 V max; (3): CAN input voltage(VcanH/L) is -20 min and 40 V max; (4): electrostatic discharge voltage(VESD) is -2 kV min and 2 kV max.
