TLE6251-2G

The TLE6251-2G is designed as one kind of high speed CAN-transceiver that offers two low power modes as well as a receive-only mode to support software diagnosis functions. Also this device is designed to withstand the severe conditions of automotive applications and to support 12 V and 24 V applications.
