TLE625033

The TLE625033 is designed as one kind of CAN-transceiver that is available as bare die as well as in a P-DSO-8-3 package. Features of the TLE625033 are:(1)CAN data transmission rate up to 1 MBaud; (2)suitable for 12 V and 24 V applications; (3)excellent EMC performance (very high immunity and very low emission); (4)version for 5 V and 3.3 V micro controllers; (5)bus pins are short circuit proof to ground and battery voltage; (6)over-temperature protection; (7)very wide temperature range (- 40 up to 150).
