      TLE6215G is one kind of smart two channel low-Side switch.Double channel Low-Side-Switch in Smart Power Technology (SPT) with two seperate inputs and two open drain DMOS output stages. The TLE 6215 G is fully protected by embedded protection functions and designed for automotive and industrial applications.features can be summerized as:(1)Power limitation;(2)Overtemperature protection;(3)Overload protection;(4)Short circuit protection;(5)Diagnostic feedback;(6)Overvoltage protection;(7)C compatible input;(8)Electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection.
