The TLC2272CPWR is one member of the TLC2272 series.The TLC2272 is dual and quadruple operational amplifier from texas instruments. Both devices exhibit rail-to-rail output performance for increased dynamic range in single-or split-supply applications.
Features of the TLC2272 are:(1)output swing includes both supply rails;(2)fully specified for both single-supply and split-supply operation;(3)common-mode input voltage range includes negative rail;(4)high-gain bandwidth is 2.2 MHz typ;(5)macromodel included.The device also includes additional desirable features for party-line data buses in electrically noisy environment applications including industrial process control. The differential-driver design incorporates slew-rate-controlled outputs sufficient to transmit data up to 250 kbits/s. Slew-rate control allows longer unterminated cable runs and longer stub lengths from the main backbone than possible with uncontrolled and faster voltage transitions.
The absolute maximum ratings of the TLC2272 can be summarized as:(1)supply voltage, VDD+:8 V;(2)supply voltage, VDD-: -8 V;(3)differential input voltage, VID:±16V;(4)input current, I (any input) :±5 mA;(5)duration of short-circuit current at (or below) 25°C:unlimited.Stresses above those listed under "Absolute Maximum Ratings" may cause permanent damage of the device.
