The TLC2201ACD is designed as precision, low-noise operational amplifiers using texas instruments advanced linCMOSE process. It combines the noise performance of the lowest-noise JFET amplifiers with the dc precision available previously only in bipolar amplifiers.
TLC2201ACD has seven features. (1)B grade is 100% tested for noise which would be 30nV/Hz max at f=10Hz and 12nV/Hz max at f=1kHz. (2)Low input offset voltage is 500mV max. (3)Excellent offset voltage stability with temperature would be 0.5mV/°C typ. (4)Its rail-to-rail output swing. (5)Low input bias current 1pA typ at Ta=25°C. (6)Common-mode input voltage range includes the negative rail. (7)Fully specified for both single-supply and split-supply operation. That are all the main features.
Some absolute maximum ratings of TLC2201ACD have been concluded into several points as follow. (1)Its supply voltage, VDD+ would be 8V. (2)Its supply voltage, VDD would be -8V. (3)Its differential input voltage would be ±16V. (4)Its input voltage (any input) would be ±8V. (5)Its input current (each input) would be ±5mA. (6)Its output current (each output) would be ±50mA. (7)Its duration of short-circuit current at (or below) 25°C would be unlimited. (8)Its operating free-air temperature range would be from 0°C to 70°C for C suffix and would be from -40°C to 85°C for I suffix and would be from -55°C to 125°C for M suffix. (9)Its storage temperature range would be from -65°C to 150°C. (10)Its case temperature for 60 seconds FK package would be 260°C. (11)Its lead temperature 1,6 mm (1/16 inch) from case for 10 seconds: D or P package would be 260°C. (12)Its lead temperature 1,6 mm (1/16 inch) from case for 60 seconds: JG package would be 300°C.
