      The TLC111A is designed as low power triacs for 50 and 60 Hz up to 380 Vrms.Its typical applications include control speed for little motors: electric pump or ventilator, sewing machine, relay, detector, alarm system, electronic starter for lamp, high power triac driver.
      It has two features.The first one is that it would have glass passivated chip. The second one is that it would have high surge current.That are all the main features.
      Some absolute maximum ratings of TLC111A have been concluded into several points as follow.The first one is about its RMS on state current (360° conduction angle) which would be 1A.The next one is about its RMS on state current on printed circuit (360° conduction angle) which would be 0.77A.The next one is about its non repetitive surge peak on state current (Tj initial =25°C - half sine wave) which would be 16A for t=8.3ms and would be 15A for t=10ms.The next one is about its I2t value for fusing which would be 1.125 A2s.The next one is about its critical rate of rise of on state current which would be 10 A/us.The next one is about its storage temperature range which would be from -40 to 150°C.The next one is about its operating junction temperature range which would be from -40 to 110°C.Also some thermal resistances about it.The first one is about its junction to ambient on printed circuit which would be 75°C/W.The next one is about its junction leads for 360° conduction angle (F=50Hz).
      Also there are some electrical characteristics about TLC111A.
