The TL750M05CKTTR is designed as low-dropout positive voltage regulator specifically for battery-powered systems. It incorporates onboard overvoltage and current-limiting protection circuitry to protect the devices and the regulated system. It is fully protected against 60V load-dump and reverse-battery conditions. Extremely low quiescent current, even during full-load conditions, makes it ideal for standby power systems.
TL750M05CKTTR has seven features. (1)Very low dropout voltage, less than 0.6V at 750mA. (2)Low quiescent current. (3)TTL- and CMOS-compatible enable. (4)60V load dump protection. (5)Overvoltage protection. (6)Internal thermal overload protection. (7)Internal overcurrent-limiting circuitry. That are all the main features.
Some absolute maximum ratings of TL750M05CKTTR have been concluded into several points as follow. (1)Its continuous input voltage would be 26V. (2)Its transient input voltage would be 60V. (3)Its continuous reverse input voltage would be -15V. (4)Its transient reverse input voltage would be -50V. (5)Its package thermal impedance would be 22°C/W for KC package and 23°C/W for KTE package and 23°C/W for KTG package and 28°C/W for KTP package and would be 25.3°C/W for KTT package.
