The TL051ACP is designed as JFET-input operational amplifier which offers improved dc and ac characteristics over the TL07x and TL08x families of BiFET operational amplifiers. On-chip zener trimming of offset voltage yields precision grades as low as 1.5 mV (TL051A) for greater accuracy in dc-coupled applications. Its package is PDIP.
TL051ACP has three features. (1)Direct upgrades to TL07x and TL08x BiFET operational amplifiers. (2)Faster slew rate (20 V/s typ) without increased power consumption. (3)On-chip offset-voltage trimming for improved DC performance and precision grades are available. That are all the main features.
Some absolute maximum ratings of TL051ACP have been concluded into several points as follow. (1)Its supply voltage, Vcc+ would be 18V. (2)Its supply voltage, Vcc- is -18V. (3)Its differential input voltage would be +/-30V. (4)Its input voltage range (any input) would be +/-15V. (5)Its input current each input would be +/-1mA. (6)Its output current each output would be +/-80mA. (7)Its total curent in Vcc+ would be 160mA. (8)Its total current out of Vcc- would be 160mA. (8)Its duration of short-circuit at 25°C would be unlimited. (9)Its package thermal impedance would be 85°C/W for P package. (10)Its operating virtual junction temperature would be 150°C. (11)Its lead temperature 1,6mm (1/16 inch) from case for 10 seconds would be 260°C. (12)Its storage temperature range would be from -65°C to 150°C.
