The TIL186-1 is a type of AC-input optocoupler, which is designed for use in AC input signal application that need hig h-voltage isolation between input and output. User is able to choose from four different current gains. The optocou pler include two GaAs light-emitter input diodes combined in a reverse-parallel configuration for AC input application and a silicon npn output phototransistor.
