TIL181

The TIL181 is designed as one kind of high density A.C. input phototransistor optically coupled isolator that can be used in (1)computer terminals; (2)industrial systems controllers; (3)telephone sets, telephone exchangers; (4)signal transmission between systems of different potentials and impedances. And this device consists of two infrared light emitting diodes connected in inverse parallel and NPN silicon photo transistors in space efficient dual in line plastic packages.
