THS6182RHF has nine features. (1)Low power dissipation increases ADSL line card density. (2)Low THD of -88dBc (100W, 1MHz). (3)Low MTPR driving +20dBm on the line which means -76dBc with high bias setting and -74dBc with low bias setting. (4)Wide output swing of 44Vpp differential into a 200 differential load (Vcc=+/-12V). (5)High output current of 600mA (typ). (6)Wide supply voltage range of ±5V to ±15V. (7)Pin compatible with EL1503C and EL1508C with multiple package options. (8)Multiple power control modes which have 11mA/ch full bias mode, 7.5mA/ch bias mode, 4mA/ch low bias mode, 0.25mA/ch shutdown mode, Iadj pin for user controlled bias current and stable operation down to 1.8mA/ch. (9)Low noise for increased receiver sensitivity which means 3.2nV/Hz voltage noise and 1.5pA/Hz noninverting current noise and 10pA/Hz inverting current noise. That are all the main features.
