      TEA2117 us a kind of horizontal and vertical deflection monitor with ten highlights as follows : The first one is direct frame yoke drive ±1.5A driving current. The second one is line darlington driving capability. The third one is built-in frame separator without external components. The forth one is integrated flyback genertor. The fifth one is frame output protection against short circuits. The sixth one is very few external comonents. The seventh one is high disspation power package. The eighth one is separate power groud . The ninth one is horizontal oscillator frequwncy range is from 15KHz to 100 KHz. The tenth one is vertical oscillator fenquency range is from  30 Hz to 120 Hz. It is particularly intended for display video units. The TEA2117 , with separate power ground , is particularly well-suited fir high current applications. It contains a synchronizing separator with the slice level of synchro separation determined by the external components, an integrated frame synchronizing separator without external components, a saw tooth generator for th frame with synchronization allowed during the last fourth if the free run period, a power amplifier fir direct dirve o thr frame yoke with overload , short circuit and thermal protections, a line phase detector and a voltage control oscillator , an open collector output for the direct drive of a line darlington , separate power ground(pin 8).
       There are some absolute maximum ratings about it. Supply voltage is 20 V . Flyback generator supply voltage is 30 V . Frame power supply voltage is 60 V. Line output voltage(external) is 60V . Line output peak current is 0.4A. Storage temperature is from -40 to +150. Max operating junction temperature is 150. Max junction-case thermal resistance is 3/W. Typical junction-amblent thermal resis is 40/W.Max recommended  junction temperature is 120/W.
