TDA4503

      The TDA4503 is designed as small signal combination IC for black and white TV.It contains all small-signal functions required for black and white TV reception.The only additional circuits needed to complete the receiver are a tuner and the deflection output stages.
      The TDA4503 has many features.The first one is vision i.f. amplifier with synchronous demodulator.The second one is A.G.C. detector and amplifier with a.g.c. output to tuner.The next one is A.F.C. circuit.The next one is video preamplifier.The next one is audio preamplifier.The next one is sound i.f. amplifier and demodulator.The next one is D.C. volume control.The next one is horizontal synchronization circuit.The next one is transmitter identification and mute circuit.The next one is vertical synchronization circuit and sawtooth generator.That are all the features.
      Some absolute maximum ratings of the TDA4503 have been concluded into several points as follow.The first one is about its supply voltage (pin7) which would be max 13.2V.The next one is about its total power dissipation which would be max 1.7W.The next one is about its operating ambient temperature range which would be -25 to +65°C.The next one is about its storage temperature range which would be from -25 to +150°C.
      Also there are some electrical characteristics about the TDA4503.The first one is about its supply voltage (pin 7) which would be min 9.5V and typ 10.5V and max 13.2V.The second one is abut its supply voltage (pin 22) which would be min 9.5V and typ 10.5V and max 13.2V.The next one is about its total power dissipation which would be typ 920mW and max 1150mW.The next one is about its input sensitivity at 38.9MHz which would be min 40uV and typ 80uV and max 120uV.The next one is about its input sensitivity at 45.75 MHz which would be typ 90uF.The next one is about its differential input resistance which would be typ 1.3k.The next one is about the diffierential input capacitance of the TDA4503 which would be typ 5pF.And so on.For more information please contact us.
