TDA4050-B

The TDA4050-B is designed as infraed preamplifier of bipolar IC.

TDA4050-B has five features. The first one is internal AGC. The second one is it would have superior large singel stability. The third one is it would have short circuit proof signal output. The fourth one is it has simple connection for an active band filter. The fifth one is it would have few external components. That are all the main features.

Some absolute maximum ratings of TDA4050-B have been concluded into several points as follow. The first one is about its supply voltage which would be 16V. The second one is about its junction temperature which would be 150°C. The third one is about its storage temperature range which would be from -40°C to +125°C. The fourth one is about its thermal resistance (system-air) which would be 140K/W. The fifth one is about its operating supply voltage which would be from 9 to 16V. The sixth one is about its operating ambient temperature which would be from 0 to 70°C. The seventh one is about its operating input frequency which would be from 0 to 100KHz.

Also some characteristics about TDA4050-B. The first one is about its current condumption which would be min 6mA and typ 9mA and max 12mA. The second one is about its input voltage fir control start which would be typ 50uV. The third one is about its input voltage for output signal which would be max 85uV. The fourth one is about its filter output voltage (in control range) which would be min 350mV and typ 450mV and max 550mV. The fifth one is about its gain which would be min 74dB and typ 77dB and max 85dB fir G4/8 and would be typ 21dB for G3/4.
