TDA4502A

      The TDA4502A is designed as small signal combination for colour TV.This IC includes a vision IF amplifier and video switching circuit, AFC circuit,AGC detector with tuner output, an integral three-level sandcastle pulse generator, fully synchronized vertical and horizontal drive outputs and a mute circuit with external availablity.
      It has many features.The first one is vision IF amplifier with synchronous demodulator.The second one is AGC detector, suitble for negative modulation.The third one is AGC output to tuner.The next one is AFC circuit with ON/OFF switch.The next one is video preamplifier.The next one is video switch to select the internal, or an external, video signal.The next one is horizontal synchronization circuit with two control loops.The next one is vertial synchronization (divider system) and sawtooth generation with sutomatic amplitude adjustment for 50 and 60Hz.The next one is teansmitter identification (mute).The last one is sandcastle pulse generator. That are all the features.
      Some absolute maximum ratings of the TDA4502A have been concluded into several points as follow.The first one is about its supply voltage which would be max 13.2V.The second one is about its total power dissipation which would be 2.3W.The third one is about its operating ambient temperature range which would be from -25 to +65°C.The next one is about its storage temperature range which would be from -25 to +150°C.
      Also there are some electrical characteristics about the TDA4502A .The first one is about its supply voltage which would be min 9.5V and typ 12.0V and max 13.2V.The next one is about its supply current (pin 7) which would be typ 125mA.The next one is about its supply current (pin 11) which would be typ 6mA and max 8.5mA.The next one is about its input sensitivity at 38.9MHz which would be min 40uV and typ 80uV and max 120uF.The next one is about its input sensitivity at 45.75MHz which would be typ 100uV.And so on.For more information please contact us.
